Goodbye, 2011.
This was definitely the hardest, most stressful, and life changing year we’ve ever been through. When we look back, the year has gone by so quick & the details are a bit too blurry. Every time things got hard & too much was on our plate, we just put our heads down & did what we could to make things happen. As a brand, we try to hide our stress & flaws, but those hardships are what make it real. It lets us know that we are real, the idea behind stheart is real. 2011 has pushed us to grow, change, and become more aware that life is meant to be lived.
To our friends, fans, customers, watchers, thank you for giving us this experience. We’re honored to even have anybody believe in the ideas we put out & to see it continue to grow over the past six years is beyond words. We know we’ve changed (like to think “progressed”), but we hope that you have too. In the words of our friend Nigel Silverthorn, “I know we’re changing, because i’m changing too. and I thought we could change together. I wanna change with you”. Lets continue on with that in 2012.
As we inch closer to the release of our next collection, we can’t help but feel a little nostalgic (as with every release). On January 23rd (1/23) we’ll be releasing our mid/winter collection. We had a lot of fun with this new line, tried some new things, and really produced more items that represent what we’re about at this point in time. Stay tuned for some more updates!
