Over the past few weeks we have found a handful of purchases from Malaysia that were deemed fraudulent (fortunately, it doesn’t effect any of those who have ordered recently).
This isn’t something that we take lightly, which is why we decided to make this post about it to shed a little light on the situation & our brand. Theft is something we absolutely despise. It is disgraceful to take from those who work for what they attain, and I think most of you can relate or understand. This is not to boast about how much work we do, but rather to serve as a reminder to continue being a person of value & to positively impact the world we live in. It is hardly more difficult to put your efforts toward something that will better this life we live, as opposed to tearing apart the people who are doing just that.
As much as we might try not to let it show, we are still a very independent company ran by a few individuals. For almost 7 years, we’ve worked around the clock to make this possible & stuff like this really does personally effect us at the end of the day. We do not wholesale to stores or allow the resale of our products, every single order & product goes through us. We hope that this is taken into account the next time someone decides to steal, copy, imitate, or even make accusations about someone or some company like ours.
For the time being, we will not be shipping to Taiping, Perak or any other cities surrounding Malaysia. We do apologize that one person (or group) has to ruin it for others. This is a temporary solution & we have added extra security measures to our verification system to stop this from happening again.
For our true customers that believe in the lifestyle that we do, thank you. We know this doesn’t pertain to you one bit, but you are the ones who keep us pushing into the unknown.

To other companies / The customer(s) we caught are using different emails per purchase & have ordered under a variety names from Encik Badrul, Encik Eddie, Mr Eddie, Adam Maa, to several others. All orders going to Taiping, Perak, Malaysia with similar street addresses.
